Propolis is a natural resin made by honeybees. They collect sticky sap from tree buds and mix it with beeswax and enzymes to create a protective “sealant” for their hive. Known for its antimicrobial properties and antioxidant ingredients, it’s been used for ages to help soothe sore or irritated throats and support oral and immune health.
